Recipe: Boil up some ramen /udon noodles (they cook in 4 minutes) then toss them in a pan with a little Tamari, sesame oil , ginger, hot chili 🌶 oil, seasoned rice vinegar and sesame seeds
🌱Chop and stir fry some carrots, red and yellow peppers, red onion, yellow onion and caulilini .. with some fresh garlic and fresh ginger in a little vegetable broth and a splash of sesame oil 🌱cube some firm tofu and toss with turmeric, garlic powder and nutritional yeast , then pan sauté in a little oil and splashes of tamari until browned and crispy!
🌱serve with sliced avocado, green onions , fresh cilantro, lime and more sesame seeds.
